Robinhood’s own brand rules say outsiders must NOT put Robinhood Chain branding into a token’s artwork/iconography, and that the feather logo can’t be altered or recolored without approval.
Yet even Robinhood Wallet is now displaying $WALLET with a purple Robinhood-style feather...
If that logo is coming from Robinhood’s own metadata/backend, that’s a BIG deal.
They specifically tell outsiders: “don’t brand tokens like this", and even tell those aware to report it if you become aware of any unauthorized or misleading use of the Robinhood Chain Marks.
"Robinhood takes brand integrity seriously and investigates all credible reports."

利好币圈什么？利好美股什么？
国会投不了票。SEC自己签了。
本周二参议院CLARITY法案49-50，没过60票门槛。SEC主席Paul Atkins同日签了一份"创新豁免"。链上代币化股票交易，有合规通道了。
两项临时豁免，有效期约五年。代币化证券场所（TSV）暂不定义为"交易所"。向TSV资金池提供流动性的特定机构暂不定义为"经销商"。反欺诈反操纵条款全部适用，征求公众意见后还要出正式规则。
条件还是很硬气的。平台必须美国主体、OFAC合规。许可制准入。禁止合成敞口。代币化股票持有人须享有与传统NMS股票相同的权利，包括分红和投票。发行人可以书面反对自己的股票上链。智能合约须可审计、部署在公共无许可账本上。
简单快速分析下，谁受益谁够不着。
1、代币化股票赛道。SEC划出了一条正式的试验通道。受益的是"真股权代币+美国TSV+许可准入"这一组合，不是所有股票币、合成股、永续合约镜像。
2、上市零售券商Robinhood和RH链。 $HOOD 的位置最近。链跑在Arbitrum技术栈上，有许可准入，公司是美国上市券商。但现有Stock Token的发行主体、权利结构、对美国用户关闭等安排，跟"同等股东权利"还不完全吻合。
更准确的说法是：如果按TSV条件重新做一版产品，HOOD最有能力先落地。我们9月上旬写过这条链，当时TVL约15亿、近15天费用约3300万。最新的数据还没看。方向验证了，产品还差最后一步合规适配。
3、稳定币。可能多一条许可制通道。但谁能交易取决于TSV的准入标准，不是拿着稳定币就能买。
4、有合规能力的L2和场所。SEC要求合约部署在公共无许可账本上，但场所本身必须许可制。谁有KYC基建谁占优。
5、够不着的：4Stock / Four meme。即便自称1:1买股托管，发行和运营不在美国TSV框架内，无法援引这份豁免。同一个方向，合规距离完全不同。
币圈在喊"利好加密"，美股在喊"利好HOOD"。都没说全错。但更准确的说法是，SEC在把许可制区块链试验为股票交易基础设施。
受益的不是"加密"这个概念。是那几个刚好站在美国合规线这边的平台。

1. Fomo and Binance Alpha added the official Robinhood website as a link for $WALLET. 2. Robinhood Wallet updated the $WALLET image inside its own app today.
What do I expect next?
I think we could see CEXs list $WALLET on spot and futures before September 29. Volumes are growing, and exchanges may want to get in the game before any potential official announcement from Robinhood.
My personal target: $500M market cap before an official announcement.
Then, imagine Robinhood announces new products around September 30 that actually use $WALLET in their infrastructure.
If that happens… boom. My thesis is that $WALLET could enter a completely different league.
