What is Xencra?
Xencra is the infrastructure company and protocol we have been building behind UPTOBER.

I opened Lighter last night to check a position and noticed something I had not processed before.
My NVDA stock token had a small label underneath it: eligible as collateral.
The same token I bought because I think the company will matter in ten years can now back a leveraged ETH trade that closes by morning.
One object now holds two opposite beliefs about time.
Nobody built a transition between those two selves. The wallet does not ask which version of you is opening it tonight.
That silence is the gap a Rally campaign could fill, not by explaining what perps are, but by making someone feel the difference between holding and leveraging before their thumb moves.
