The SUI Foundation is using yield generated from stablecoin float to buy back sui:native on the open market daily, then redistributing it to ecosystem participants.
The mechanism is simple:
Stablecoin usage ↑ → float ↑ → yield ↑ → SUI buybacks ↑
That's a meaningful improvement compared with sui:native simply being a gas + staking token.
