## @Defi_Warhol (DeFi Warhol) · 10-09 17:41 · ♥48 ↻9 💬14 Lots of good convos at @token2049 on how big players like @PayPal, @moonpay, and @raincards use stablecoins in their payment flows.
All the talks about tokenization and payments are great, but I still believe BTCfi deserves some more attention in the grand scheme of things.
I really thought the idea from Stacks of building something similar to Treasury STRIPS was very underrated.
For example, a holder could potentially sell the rights to future BTC rewards for cash today while keeping the right to receive their original Bitcoin back when the bond ends.
@pendle_fi already has around $1.2B TVL, which is built around trading principal and future yield separately.
So there’s an existing market for this model, and I’m interested in seeing how @muneeb and Stacks could apply it to Bitcoin bonds.
Still being explored, but I like what I see so far.
Disclosure: I'm a $STX holder. > 引用 @Stacks: 1/ On stage at TOKEN2049, Stacks founder and Stacks Labs CEO @muneeb laid out his vision for Stacks through 2030.
The goal is to make Stacks the default place for BTC to earn, borrow and transact privately, all settled to Bitcoin.
