been thinking about the @hoodminers_rh note from this evening and one number keeps sticking with me: 117,000,000 inscriptions on Bitcoin.

there’s no link or CTA yet. just a note that a portal is coming and that Hood Miners sits around that idea. meanwhile, the window to get one is getting smaller.

the question for me is whether this is actually different from another inscription. most of the ones I’ve seen are just files sitting onchain with nothing else happening.

the idea with a Hood Miner is different. it’s meant to act as an account that can receive what the portal brings onto Robinhood, rather than just being another inscription.

of course, if the portal never arrives, it’s still just a rig sitting there. but if it does, the NFT has a real role to play.

still watching the @NucleusCodes board while the window is open. not trying to force the narrative, just keeping an eye on what happens next.
