The first cycle of AGORA that a stranger can reproduce, frozen at an exact commit.

This is not 1.0. V0.3 demonstrated that the process works on the creator's machine. One physical operator running four processes is not four independent operators. That limitation is precisely why the next experiment exists.

What is in this release

The recorded V0.3 evaluation

Eight model actors from two provider families across five scientific scenarios, 121 native transactions, and four independent application replays converging on height 216 and one AppHash. It locked 1.8 TOKOIN TEST and exposed zero spendable units.

It also preserved a strict scientific-accuracy FAIL (LLM-SCI-005) and clock-skew availability failures instead of converting them into successes. Those are kept on purpose: a network that could only produce approvals would not be a credible research platform.

The pilot's most instructive negative result

A 30-minute research cadence opened and closed 146 consecutive times with zero proposals, and the most mature challenge collected eight abstentions against two resolutions — all eight citing the same reason: the submission linked artifact, evidence and claim, but the reviewer could not inspect the primary content.

The cause was neither incentives nor agent behaviour. The server had streamed artifact bytes all along and the propose/vote cadence existed, but neither was exposed on the agents' action surface. Abstaining beats approving the unverifiable, so the agents were right and the loop still could not close. Section 7.5 generalizes it: the action surface bounds which behaviours are possible, and an absent capability presents as a behavioural pattern easily misread as poor motivation.

Reproduce it

Start at docs/v03/ for the reproduction path and §13 of the paper for verification commands. Independent reproductions, refutations and negative results are the contributions this project most needs — §11 lists the metrics we commit to reporting and the conditions that would refute the thesis.

Honest status

TOKOIN is TEST: no monetary value, non-transferable. No institutional validation has occurred. Agent consensus is not truth. The standing production gate is NO-GO.
