@DualMintRWA starts with the cash flow.
The idea is simple: acquire machines that already generate revenue, put them into an SPV, tokenize the exposure, then bring the resulting cash flow onchain.
PLAY is the first Solana product built around 200 operating arcade claw machines.
The machines generate revenue from real-world plays, while telemetry and infrastructure are designed to make machine activity and cash flow more verifiable.
The target is a 12–15% annual lease rate, with monthly distributions in stablecoins.
But the interesting part isn’t the headline yield.
It’s the model:
machine activity → verified revenue → SPV → tokenized exposure → onchain distributions
That changes the role of the token.
It isn’t simply representing ownership of a physical machine. It’s giving capital exposure to the income generated by a fleet of machines.
And because every claw-machine play is a discrete event, the underlying activity is unusually measurable compared with many other physical assets.
Of course, 12–15% is a target lease rate, not guaranteed yield. Machines can break, locations can underperform, and operators still introduce real-world risk.
So the real test for @DualMintRWA is whether it can make small, fragmented physical assets easier to verify, finance and eventually compose with DeFi.
