Calamares with Auxo’s own pages. It detects other systems for dual boot, and with no internet you still get a complete Plasma desktop.
Desktop
Plasma installs offline. Tiling window managers come pre-riced.
Accent
Boot menu, login screen, prompt, terminal and bars.
Kernel
Your pick boots by default, stable stays as a fallback.
Shell
The Auxo prompt, git-aware and in your accent.
Software
Optional groups, downloaded during install.

Bootable snapshots
Every update takes a btrfs snapshot. Boot an older one from GRUB, then keep it with auxo-rollback.
GPU detected at install
RTX cards get nvidia-open with modesetting. AMD and Intel get Vulkan and video acceleration.
Safe dual boot
os-prober on, install alongside Windows or another Linux, existing EFI partition reused.
Works offline
No connection still gets you Plasma and the stable kernel. You’re told what was skipped.
zram swap
Compressed RAM swap with tuned settings instead of a swap partition.
Ready for games and code
multilib on. Steam, Lutris, MangoHud, compilers, SDL2/SDL3 and Docker are one checkbox away.
After install
Change it later. No reinstall.
The installer runs these same commands, so installing and changing things later give the same result.
Desktops
Three rices, four classics.
Hyprland, Sway and i3 come with bar, launcher, notifications, lock screen and screenshots wired up. Your old dotfiles are kept as *.auxo-bak.
