I suspect this number grows to $100M+ distributed within the next year and then we see exponential growth into $1B+ distributed.

my take here:
1/ citrini research just included AERO in its new 79 page “breaking the wall” with a 7% allocation in its model crypto portfolio. (more than UNI) thesis is simple: traditional assets move onchain, protocols generating real trading fees could become major winners. BOOM.
2/ 11 days until aero launches across 7 chains: base, ethereum, arbitrum, robinhood chain, optimism, arc and ink. this is no longer just a bet on base.
3/ aero and velodrome are merging into one protocol with a unified AERO token. the new sAERO model introduces predictive allocation and revenue sharing for stakers.
4/ the fundamentals. aero and velodrome have around $422m in combined TVL, and generated roughly $275m in revenue during the 52-week period used to determine the merger split.
5/ tokenized stocks, RWAs and onchain trading are gaining traction. aero is positioning itself to provide liquidity across multiple ecosystems.
6/ the team is targeting a massive expansion in its addressable market. the seven launch chains represent roughly 3x the EVM spot trading volume of the ecosystems aero currently serves.
