RH CEO @vladtenev explaining Bitstamp and literally saying they're gonna offer different products in terms of perps and Bitstamp was first in order because of regulatory stuff.
Vlad: "Well, perps on Robinhood Chain have been having a moment. I think for the last couple of days we’ve been doing over a billion in perp volume, in addition to a billion in DEX volume. We also have perps through Bitstamp, which is more CeFi, centralized."
Andy: You acquired them?
Vlad: "Yeah, we acquired them. We launched perps in Europe last year. And actually with the perps offering in the U.S., we announced last night we’re tapping into Bitstamp. So it’s one shared global liquidity pool. We’re supportive of onchain perps, offchain perps. What product we offer first depends on regulatory structure and what’s permissible. And I think we’re also open to offering multiple products. We don’t necessarily want to have one way."

1️⃣ txflow (@txflow_l1) • being built as a trading-focused layer 1 • based on the current snapshot, there is no vc allocation, with a community-owned model similar to hyperliquid • points are not live yet, coming october 12 • past trading activity will count retroactively
2️⃣ arcus (@arcus_xyz) • a rebrand of dydx, being built on robinhood chain • the robinhood ecosystem hype could bring serious user flow, and fomo is already getting crazy • currently in the waitlist stage, so getting early access and securing a spot before the points system goes live could be important • expected to go public soon
3️⃣ qfex (@qfex) • a $9.5m funded rwa perp platform focused on tradfi markets • the founding team consists of former quant analysts from top firms like citadel • trading activity is already strong. 30d volume is above $5b while current oi is around $270m • no points program announced yet, but there is talk about points for past activity
4️⃣ entropy (@entropyIO) • a perp project built on hyperliquid infrastructure • backed by a strong team and solid funding • raised $14m from ribbit capital, the same fund that previously led lighter’s funding round • no points program announced yet
5️⃣ popdex (@popdex_) • currently in closed testing ahead of its public launch • raised $30m led by foresight ventures and is being built as a trader-first perp dex • uses a clob order book, aiming for deeper liquidity, better execution and a more cex-like trading experience • focuses on real trading costs: fees + spread + slippage, rather than just maker/taker fees • currently offers 0 liquidation fees and doesn’t require users to stake a platform token for better vip benefits • targeting a launch in mid-october
