The SEC, under Chair Atkins, and the CFTC, under Chair Selig, can continue moving forward with rules to help fill the gap.
So while this is certainly a setback, I don’t think it changes the bigger picture or the opportunity ahead for crypto in the United States 🇺🇸
So far not a really big dump. That's a good sign.
