@ethlabs_org worked with @chainlink to build Ethereum's Fast Confirmation Rule into CCIP 2.0, which launched today. Confirmations that took about 13 minutes can now land in 12 to 24 seconds.
Unlike @ethereum's full 13-minute finality, the fast rule has no staked $ETH at risk if it fails. It relies on the network running normally, and in rare cases a fast-confirmed block can still be reversed.
That's why CCIP still waits the full 13 minutes by default. Token issuers can decide how much value to put on the fast path and charge extra fees for that risk. https://x.com/BSCNews/status/2104623748574015919

Last update I said LINK needed to finish the 5 off the low before the larger setup really opened up(threaded)
We got it
LINK is now up 80%+ from our $8.07 DCA level and the micro structure did exactly what we needed it to do
Now I’m waiting for the micro top to confirm and the next contained 3-wave retrace to develop
Since not much has changed there yet, let’s zoom out
My main macro roadmap still has LINK working through a larger Wave 5
Rough target right now: $200
It’s way too early to pretend that number is precise
As price develops, we’ll tighten the roadmap, update the extensions and let the structure tell us whether we’re actually in that macro 5th… or something even more bullish like a larger Wave 3
