## @StarPlatinum_ (StarPlatinum) · 10-02 10:04 · ♥87 ↻6 💬28 So ok let’s address the elephant in the room with $NET

The token went from an ATH of $1,853 on August 29 to $304 today, 84% down.

Good thing, during this collapse the treasury kept growing

According to the team:

Treasury: $15M on September 11 → ~$26M on September 29 Backing: ~$173 per NET Backing including the RWA sleeve: >$210 per NET ~$1M of NET bought back over 5 days

(Also 1,400 NET bought in 14 hours on September 29)

But yeah Star this is bullish so why is this down???

When NET was ~$650 with a NAV at $174.6, the market was valuing it at 3.7x NAV.

At ~$304 today: $304 / $173 = ~1.8x NAV.

Or 1.5x if you use the team’s >$210 figure including the RWA sleeve.

That’s a massive multiple compression.

And I believe there’s a reason the market is questioning that premium.

NET has an emission problem that it still needs to prove it can solve.

The team has previously described maximum staking emissions of up to 1.36% daily under certain conditions.

So basically saying “the treasury is growing” isn’t enough.

If treasury assets grow 10% while the economic claims against that treasury grow 15%, holders didn’t become richer.

The important thing here is NAV per NET.

And this is exactly where RWB V3 enters

The old Real World Bond mechanism could introduce inflation.

V3 supposedly changes that.

The new loop is basically:

Existing RWA inventory → bonds → assets received go into the credit desk → borrow more USDG → buy NET → reuse the RWA inventory.

According to the team, RWB V3 is now completely non-dilutive to NET.

If that actually works economically, it directly addresses one of the biggest problems with the model.

But I want to see it working over time.

NetNet desperately needs revenue sources beyond bonds and they’re clearly trying to build them.

You now have NetNet Predict, Credit Desk, RWA products, NetCorp, Staking and more

But that’s also why I’m interested.

They’re experimenting with ways to turn tokenized equities into actual financial applications.

And finally we have Robinhood.

NetNet is probably one of the projects most aggressively building around the RWA thesis on Robinhood Chain.

You know I’m bullish on Robinhood Chain and tokenized assets.

So right now my thesis is actually pretty simple.

The chart looks fucking horrible, I still have a large part of my position staked.

And I’m watching four things:

- NAV per NET - Net emissions vs buybacks/burns - Real revenue generated by these products - Treasury composition and liquidity

If treasury growth continues, RWB V3 actually removes dilution, the new products start generating meaningful revenue and NAV per NET increases

then this could end up being an incredible opportunity.

And at this point, I’m already in it nothing in between.

(NFA, DYOR, I’m dumb and this is just my thesis) > 引用 @StarPlatinum_: Well, if I share my wins, I also have to share my losses.

I’m getting destroyed by the $NET chart, the token has been in absolute decline for the last 8 days.

Not even yesterday’s Space and the MMORPG announcements have managed to turn things around.

I still have a large part staked, so for now the situation is very simple.

Either this goes to 0 or it becomes one of my best trades, nothing in between. https://x.com/StarPlatinum_/status/2105962202377159029

## @chjokka (chjokka) · 10-02 10:16 · ♥77 ↻17 💬10 I'm beyond impressed by what @NetNetCap is building.

This will be the Axie Infinity / DeFi Kingdoms moment of this cycle.

NetCorp will be incredible for the price of $NET, and its treasury.

Every weapon, every upgrade, every item in every shop is a market buy under the hood. (constant buy pressure)

And instead of people playing a game and earning the in-game token that they can sell (like at Axie and Defi Kingdoms), people will earn tokenized stocks that they can sell. (no sell pressure from in-game earnings)

This might become a real income-source for A LOT of people.

With the dilution 'problem' actively being worked on, and this game launching soon, I can see $NET become one of the projects that will bounce hardest during the next Robinhood liquidity inflow.

Conviction.
