And I think the active management part deserves more attention.
Tokenizing a passive fund is relatively straightforward conceptually.
An actively managed ETF has a portfolio that changes as managers make decisions, with trading, rebalancing, liquidity and investor access all needing to work together.
if Robinhood and T. Rowe Price can bring that exposure onchain, it opens up possibilities beyond simply holding a token that tracks a traditional asset.
think using fund exposure as collateral in DeFi, moving it between platforms, or eventually building financial products around it.

Aside from it being down to all of us builders and traders alike there is only so much liquidity to go around still currently.
Solana had a strong push with stonks which had the support of raydium and Solana themselves, it was ‘new’ so liquidity rotates, then pumpfun had their moment and finally risk on went to perps instead of on chain.
Robinhood is very much still early and is only 100 days old. As a builder lull periods can be seen positively as a blessing to prepare for the return of liquidity.
