Google Cloud is hiring a Web3 architect in Hong Kong to work with financial institutions, exchanges, custodians and protocol foundations across APAC on:
-RWA tokenization -Stablecoin infrastructure -Tokenized deposits -Smart contracts -Blockchain nodes and custody systems
The role will also help shape Google Cloud’s Web3 roadmap and its push to become a key infrastructure provider for institutional digital assets.
Apple is also hiring a Financial Product Strategy Lead for Apple Pay, Apple Card, Apple Cash and P2P payments. The position will evaluate new products, partnerships and business models across wallets, payments and commerce.
Neither company has confirmed a new crypto product. But the direction is becoming clearer: Stablecoins, tokenized assets and blockchain based payments are moving beyond crypto native companies and increasingly becoming part of Big Tech’s financial infrastructure strategy.
Google, Apple, Samsung and major financial institutions are all exploring different parts of the same trend.
