第一，Onchain Finance 与我们狭义上的 RWA 其实有不同——Onchain Finance 基于 RWA 众多的北美路线，但又超越了纯粹 RWA 的范畴，更加强调 Web3 世界对传统金融的带动作用，其中凝聚了美国政府通过 Crypto 将美元资产进行世界分发的终极目的。
第二，Onchain Finance 的分发可以分为资产端和资金端。Robinhood 从资产端（C端）切入，把股票代币做成可以被 DEX、借贷等协议直接调用的金融组件；Circle 从资金端（B端）切入，用 USDC 和 Arc 搭建链上结算基础设施。
第三，其中比较值得关注的变化，是股票代币第一次被赋予了股票衍生品的属性，开始具备可组合性成为链上的金融组件；Meme 币也开始承担流量和流动性入口的功能，甚至形成 Meme 币 → 股票代币 → 正股的联动。
第四，基于此，币股 DAT 公司出现两种路径的分化。 第一类——对冲基金运作：像 MicroStrategy 一样，能够影响某类主流资产之后进行高抛低吸。 第二类——交易所系统的出资平台：像 BNC 一样，在币安系统里通过 Meme 币实现币股联动。@cz_binance ——这正好精准对应了近日 BNC 股票的暴涨。（其他几家也跟上啊@star_okx @GracyBitget @benbybit）

I believe the on-chain agentic economy will reach its true scale and escape velocity when a few conditions are met:
1. on-chain infrastructure that allows agentic workflows to loop recursively without human guidance/ assistance
2. tokenization of inference that not only support permissionless and decentralized ai compute token consumption as well as financial markets unlock
3. Distribution flywheel that feeds both supply and demand of onchain inference
