ASUS Ascent QN10 launches “world’s first Mini-PC with 80 TOPS NPU’
ASUS has formally launched the Ascent QN10, its compact Windows on Arm system powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X2 Elite. The system was first shown earlier this year, but ASUS is now confirming the final hardware and retail availability.
The QN10 uses the Snapdragon X2 Elite with an 18-core third-generation Qualcomm Oryon CPU and Adreno X2-90 integrated graphics. Its Qualcomm Hexagon NPU delivers up to 80 TOPS of INT8 AI performance, exceeding Microsoft’s requirements for Copilot+ PCs.

ASUS fits the hardware into a 130 × 130 × 40 mm chassis with a volume below 0.7 liters and a weight of 720 grams. Memory options go up to 32GB of LPDDR5X-9600, while storage consists of one PCIe Gen5 M.2 2280 slot and another PCIe Gen4 M.2 slot. ASUS lists support for up to 4TB of storage across the two drives.
The system has three 40 Gbps USB4 Type-C ports, three 10 Gbps USB Type-A ports, one additional USB 2.0 Type-A port, HDMI 2.1 and 2.5 GbE. Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0. ASUS also says the QN10 can drive up to four 4K displays at the same time.
US model costs $1,349.99
Best Buy has already listed the configuration with 16GB of memory and a 512GB SSD for $1,349.99. The retailer confirms the GPU specifically as the Qualcomm Adreno X2-90. Higher-capacity configurations with up to 32GB memory and 2TB factory storage are listed in ASUS specifications, although US pricing for those models has not been confirmed.
ASUS is primarily targeting developers and local AI workloads rather than gaming. The company provides access to Qualcomm AI Hub with more than 175 optimized models and advertises support for local and hybrid AI applications including OpenClaw and Hermes Agent.
