New live wallpapers show up in Explore on their own, every week. Have a video you love? Import it, and Muro turns it into a live wallpaper too, right on your Mac.

-

One card sets all three, and every display separately. The lock screen and the screen saver play real video, not a still picture.

-

Put wallpapers in a playlist and Muro changes them for you, in order or shuffled, as often as you like.

-

Automations run two ways: every so many minutes, or at the times you set. One wallpaper for the morning, another for the evening.

-

Hardware decoded video with very low CPU and very low RAM. Then make it yours: Play only on desktop, Pause After, Smooth or Efficient, playback speed, and auto pause on Low Power Mode or a low battery.

-

Pause, play, change the speed, jump back to a recent live wallpaper or check for updates, right from the menu bar. Muro keeps running with the window closed.

SUPPORTED BY

Thank you to everyone supporting Muro.

Even $1 goes straight into the project and keeps Muro free for everyone who uses it. Every suggestion people send is read, and I do my best to build it into the app.

- macOS says it cannot verify the developer. Click Done.
