So I built the thing I wished existed.

How you win the next MNEE / Devpost hackathon (from someone who just did): 1. Solve a real coordination problem. Judges do not reward “I wrapped a token.” They reward something the world already suffers from. Payroll. Refunds. Treasury. Agents paying agents.

2. Use real MNEE. Contract 0x8ccedbAe4916b79da7F3F612EfB2EB93A2bFD6cF on Ethereum. Meaningful transfers, not a screenshot.

3. Ship a working product. Description + 5-min demo video + live URL + public GitHub with an open-source license. If judges cannot click it, you already lost.

4. Obsess over UX. Beautiful beats clever. A CFO or a tourist should get it in 10 seconds.

5. Show impact. Who uses this tomorrow? How much money moves? How does it scale?

6. Be original. Do not clone Uniswap and slap MNEE on it. Build the thing only you would build.
