tldr: it's still $LIT in the $HOOD
-On chain perp volume via Lighter is exploding on RH chain, with @vladtenev touting $1bn+ daily volume (@andyyy interview)
-Vlad said 200 stock tokens on chain today. Wants to expand soon to thousands. This would be (of course) direct growth for Lighter as well
-Announced Bitstamp as partner for what he called "off chain, CEFI" perps yesterday
-In today's interview, Vlad said decision was made because of regulatory reasons TODAY. Said they want to have multiple offerings. Tone was still bullish lighter + on chain perps
-Reality remains that licensed CeFi routes will be the way for TradFi companies UNTIL a perp dex receives CFTC license
-Lighter remains obvious front runner (to me) for DEX CFTC license given US entity and Vlad on advisory council
