It’s really as simple as the F718 funding trail

F718 funded c845 minutes before c845 deployed/administered canonical Robinhood Chain infrastructure. UpgradeExecutor role. c845 then received the privileged UpgradeExecutor role on Robinhood Chain.

F718 later funded aa33 before Robinhood Chain was made public (aa33 is who ultimately launched $WALLET so we know aa33 was active months before the public had access meaning they’re an insider)

F718 also funded 6A225, tied to Robinhood-named Meridian vault infrastructure.

F718 also funded other early Robinhood Chain accounts.

TLDR:

$WALLET was funded by someone who had incredibly early access to Robinhood Chain funding wallets that ended up getting UpgradeExecutor roles.
