The purpose of gitwal is to make it easy to answer questions that would otherwise take thousands of GitHub API requests. Questions like:

- What is breaking out right now?Repos accelerating against their own history and against every peer at the same age. Anomalies, not a leaderboard.
- Which companies build in this ecosystem?Every org with merged pull requests across the kubernetesecosystem last quarter, ranked by depth.
Every data point collected. Each record carries type event_id ts actor_id actor_login repo_id repo_name org_id org_login schema, plus the fields below for its own event type.
