Operated by Offchain Labs and Alchemy. These are permissioned BoLD validators that monitor state assertions and can submit fraud-proof challenges.
Robinhood Chain is an Ethereum Layer-2 (Arbitrum Orbit/Nitro stack) that launched mainnet on July 1, 2026. It uses a separate Robinhood-operated sequencer for transaction ordering and an 8-member Security Council (Robinhood holds 2 seats) for governance and upgrades. Anyone can run a full node to observe the chain, but the validator role that can challenge invalid states is restricted.
