13 badges with Ancient Greek names. Eleven rank up from I to V as you keep going, and every rank pays points. Two are one-offs, for very early mornings and very late nights. All of them are on the free plan, and you can ignore them entirely if that's not your thing.
Which is when most of this gets used. A few things that help when time is short:

Upload the lecture slides and get a summary and flashcards back (Pro), or a quiz to test yourself (Pro+).
A streak that allows rest days, so one day off in exam week doesn't undo the last three.
