The internet was never just software. It has always depended on physical infrastructure: • towers • fiber • radios • data centers • the machines behind them
That’s why what @dawninternet is building with the USD.infra Vault caught my attention.
The idea is simple: bring on-chain capital into real-world connectivity infrastructure, starting with actual connectivity contracts rather than another “AI infrastructure” narrative.
If the yield comes from physical assets going live and bandwidth actually being used, that creates a very different type of RWA.

For a long time, the focus was mainly on computing power, bandwidth, data centers, and the infrastructure itself. But as AI continues to develop, the value of this infrastructure is becoming much clearer. Demand is growing, capital requirements are growing with it, and finding ways for on-chain capital to participate will become increasingly important.
That’s why I’ve been quite bullish on the convergence of AI Infra and RWA.
DAWN’s @dawninternet launch of the USD.infra Vault is a clear signal of this trend: on-chain finance is gradually moving beyond simply tokenizing assets and toward financing and allocating capital to real-world infrastructure.
To me, this is where the real potential of RWA lies.
It’s not just about putting an asset on-chain. It’s about allowing on-chain capital to flow into the real economy and digital infrastructure, supporting areas like computing power, connectivity, and data centers that are growing rapidly.
AI needs computing power. Computing power needs infrastructure. And infrastructure requires continuous capital investment.
The logic is pretty clear.
That’s why I believe AI Infra + RWA will be one of the key narratives worth watching going forward.
