Bitcoin has volatility shading again while price remains wound tightly inside the volatile range I’ve been patiently avoiding. These conditions can precede extreme moves, and Bitcoin looks like it may be preparing for another breakout attempt. The Green Dot is flickering too. We almost have all the signs of a high-probability setup... but not yet.
I want to see a breakout of the yellow resistance zone, a Breakout Arrow out of the shading, and strength confirmed by a few of my own new proprietary indicators signals from OS. Current barrier is 85.2K.
We are compressing beneath it with multiple rejections. We have already swept liquidity on yesterday’s wick, so if we cannot reclaim and hold above 85K , I would expect price to trend back down.
For now, it looks like BTC is being held in a tight, compressed range to build liquidity and make most people uncomfortable. If we sweep 82.5K, I would be looking for a move into the box below instead, retesting the capitulation wick area.
