## @linh180796 (Link.eth) · 09-13 01:18 · ♥53 ↻1 💬49 The chain underneath an NFT can shape the entire experience around it.
That’s why the direction @hoodminers_rh is taking feels worth looking at.
Instead of treating Robinhood Chain as just the place where the collection lives, HoodMiners is building its NFT ecosystem around it.
The bigger picture gets more interesting when Bitcoin enters the equation.
The project is exploring connections with Bitcoin and Bitcoin-native assets, creating a setup where different parts of the crypto ecosystem can interact rather than keeping the NFT isolated in its own corner.
I see three pieces working together:
Robinhood Chain → the onchain environment HoodMiners → the NFT ecosystem Bitcoin → another asset layer
That combination gives the project a broader foundation than simply launching another NFT collection.
For me, the interesting question is how these layers eventually work together.
The blockchain isn’t just the background here.
It’s part of the product itself. @NucleusCodes > 引用 @linh180796: Scarcity is easy to create in NFTs.
Just set a supply and call it limited.
What I find more interesting is when that limited supply has an actual role inside the ecosystem.
That’s one reason I’ve been paying attention to @hoodminers_rh
The collection is capped at 5,000 Miners and lives on Robinhood Chain. Instead of making scarcity the entire story, the Miner is designed to have a function beyond simply being held.
Each one can be activated and used within the ecosystem, with rewards tied to the Miner itself.
I think this creates an interesting balance between collectibility and utility.
There are plenty of NFT collections where owning one mainly means owning a piece of a limited set.
HoodMiners is experimenting with something slightly different:
What if the limited supply represents a limited number of active participants in an ecosystem?
That distinction is small on paper, but it changes how I look at the collection.
The artwork may introduce the Miner.
Its role is what makes me curious about it. https://x.com/linh180796/status/2098944475276222865
## @DrPengu6 (Dr Pengu) · 09-13 02:50 · ♥49 ↻2 💬34 Few months ago I was thinking about what happens to all those Bitcoin inscriptions once they stop being treated like collectibles.
And just like a surprise @hoodminers_rh dropped an update in their X handle regarding their ongoing infrastructure around it
117000000 inscriptions already exist on Bitcoin and still counting, but a lot of them basically just sit there.
no destination.
no real place to interact with another economy.
that’s where the upcoming HoodMiners portal starts making more sense to me.
the NFT Collection has 5,000 sealed ERC-721 rigs, and each Miner comes with its own ERC-6551 wallet on Robinhood Chain.
so the Miner isn’t just the thing you hold.
it can act more like a docking point between Bitcoin-native assets and an EVM environment.
that part caught my attention.
instead of treating inscriptions as static objects that stay locked inside Bitcoin, the architecture gives them a possible route into another ecosystem where they can be received, held and used.
i’m less interested in the countdown now.
i’m more curious about what actually happens when that portal goes live and those two asset environments start talking to each other.
because if the connection works the way it’s designed, the Miner becomes more than an nft with a rarity grade.
it becomes infrastructure for giving idle Bitcoin assets somewhere to go.
that’s the experiment i’ll be watching. https://x.com/DrPengu6/status/2098967421667201251
