Agent always returns JSON on API errors (no silent TCP close → RemoteDisconnected).
Storage create validates JuiceFS + dirs and surfaces format/timeout errors.
TUI client maps RemoteDisconnected to a clear agent/journal hint; longer timeout for format/mount.
