But most people still don't know the actual mechanism, and why I'm bullish on it. Shoutout to @br4ted for putting this on my radar.
Most crypto projects sell you a jpeg and a Discord. This sells you a chair, then puts it in a room with 799 strangers who vote every Friday on what the fund should hold. That's the whole product.
The structure
Five on-chain mutual funds on Robinhood Chain Argon, Bogle, Smaug, Midas, Vladd. Same rules, same weekly ritual. Only the crowd differs per room.
The Seats
4,001 total. Seat 0 is the Chairman's, never for sale. The rest split 800 per fund. Each Seat = a vote, a share class, a briefcase for checks, and an on-chain portrait. Getting in:
2,000 soulbound TMF Passes (non-tradable) 1 Pass → mint 2 Seats at 0.01 ETH each
100% of that ETH goes into the funds, not a team wallet Fund assignment isn't your choice, your portrait's wall color decides eligibility
Enrollment
A Seat is just furniture until enrolled. Pay a one-time Front-End Load in $TMF and pick a class (C → B → A → I → R). Higher class = more weight + bigger checks but weight grows slower than cost, so top-tier isn't automatically smart.
Fiscal Friday (the core loop):
Every Friday, 20:00 UTC ballots lock, the fund's book updates, checks drop into each Seat's briefcase (an ERC-6551 token-bound account that moves with the NFT on sale). Anyone can trigger the process and earn a small ETH tip, so no team bottleneck. Built-in deflation:

$TMF supply is fixed at 1,604,401,000 (exactly 4,001 × 401,000) Supply only shrinks from here
The market
Fixed rate of 401,000 TMF per Seat. +8% to buy random, +16% for a specific chair, −8% to sell back. No owner, no pause switch the market always holds enough TMF to buy back what it holds.
