Launching a protocol is one milestone.
Learning from how people actually interact with it is another.
Looking at @Hertzflow_xyz's recent community activities, I found the connection between user feedback and product development worth discussing.
When a protocol brings early users together, listens to their experiences, and gives them space to raise questions, it creates an opportunity to identify problems that may not be obvious during development.
Some issues only become clear when people with different expectations start using the same product.
One user might struggle with the interface. Another might have questions about how a feature works. Someone else might identify a missing tool or suggest a better way to present information.
Individually, these observations may seem small.
Together, they can help a team understand where the product needs more attention.
For a protocol like HertzFlow, this becomes particularly relevant as its ecosystem develops around different markets, liquidity pools, and additional product features.
The important part isn't simply collecting feedback or hosting community discussions.
It's what happens afterward.
Which suggestions are useful? Which problems appear repeatedly? And how does the team decide what to improve first?
That is where community engagement can become more than a marketing activity.
It can become part of the product development process.
Of course, collecting feedback doesn't automatically lead to a better product. The real value comes when useful insights translate into meaningful improvements that users can actually notice.
As HertzFlow continues to develop, I'll be interested in seeing how its community feedback shapes the product over time.
Because a strong ecosystem isn't built only by shipping features.
It's also built by understanding the people who use them.

I almost ignored Zaps because I thought I’d need to start trading again.
Then I connected an old wallet I’d used for DeFi months ago and found it already had a starting balance from that history.
That changed how I look at @zerufinance . The first step isn’t farming. It’s checking what your wallet has already earned from qualifying activity.
Zaps are points, not a token payout. I’m checking the balance first, then picking a Clan.

I usually ignore points systems when they reward me for doing things I was already doing.
Zeru caught my attention because Zaps start from your existing wallet activity. I connected mine and found I wasn’t starting from zero.
Now I’m watching how past trading history, Clans and future Zerus access fit together.
Feels more interesting when the history matters.
