The engineer goes to the site, performs the inspection, writes a report, and then the report gets lost in an email or edited without anyone noticing. When an auditor, emissions report, or digital product passport comes up, the question is always the same: Who did what, when, and on which device?
That’s what @Actum_AI is trying to solve.
The project isn’t selling a carbon dream, and it’s not claiming it will issue certificates. It’s an evidence layer for real behavior on equipment: maintenance, calibration, and inspections. The framework is called POHA, Proof of Human Action. It means the system verifies that someone was present, at the right time, performing the right task, and then anchors a cryptographic proof on Solana without moving raw photos or personal data outside legal boundaries.
Why does the market need this now? Because compliance is no longer just paperwork. The EU’s CBAM and the Digital Product Passport under ESPR require an operational trail that can be audited. Factories have equipment and workers, but they often lack a behavior layer that is actually reviewable. Many DePIN networks focus on coverage, computing, or sensors. ACTUM is targeting something narrower and clearer: the action itself.
From a usability perspective, the idea isn’t for the average user to understand a Merkle root. The engineer simply does their job, and the system turns that action into proof. The account is called DTN: a work license for devices, not a yield product. After a reporting period, you can claim an allocation of usage or use it for data products and APIs, without an internal market or price promise.
The product here isn’t the slogan. The product is:
- Proof of geographic and temporal presence, identity, and behavior - An event log that can be audited - Exportable evidence ready for compliance reporting - Aggregated or synthetic data for training and analysis without exposing raw sources
6,000 verified connected devices and thousands of events per day aren’t a TGE story. The story is that industrial maintenance can become evidence instead of a PDF file.
If Web3 is going to benefit the factory, not just the trader, it needs to prove what happened on the ground before talking about the token.
