Crypto timelines move fast, and it is easy to mix up the network, its token, and an ETF filing. With @injective , the distinction matters.
Injective is the network. $INJ is the native token. $INJC is the proposed Canary Staked INJ ETF.
Injective keeps expanding across onchain finance, from its orderbook and RWA issuance to Meridian’s permissioned tokens, Gulf Labs as a validator, and the Community BuyBack.
$INJ secures the network, supports governance, and sits at the center of the burn mechanism.
$INJC is a different story. It is a proposed investment product, not another token and not a confirmed launch.
Canary’s staked INJ filing has undergone amendments. Injective has also highlighted a 21Shares spot filing and regulated U.S. futures that are already live. At Korea Blockchain Week, CEO Eric Chen said waiting until 2027 for an ETF felt too far away.
But a filing is not an approval, and a proposed ticker does not mean a product is already tradable.
Meanwhile, Meridian is advancing post transfer hooks for permissioned tokens, allowing issuers to restrict transfers to approved wallets. Private trading remains in testing ahead of CypherOS.
The network keeps evolving. The native token remains $INJ. The ETF is still proposed.

@vibevibefun splits its 5% testnet allocation into four separate tracks and the weighting is the interesting part.
Traders and users get 1.75%. Meme and Artcoin creators get 1.50%, vibecoded, product and RWA creators share another 1.50% and old testnet creators get 0.25%. Add up the creator tracks and they hold 3.25%, against 1.75% for traders, so creators clearly come first.
Each track is judged on its own evidence. Traders need genuine activity, meme creators need a real community, builders need a working demo or MVP, and RWA projects need verifiable proof. Fake volume, self trading, circular trading, and sybil accounts can be excluded, and qualifying for one track doesn’t carry over to another.
Separately, the docs describe a planned 25% of VIBE supply for $SPARK holders, proportional to balances, with no minimum holding and fully unlocked at TGE with no vesting.
