vangrid lets an AOI arrive as a GeoJSON polygon, returning observations inside a defined shape. independent edge nodes are cross-checked: agreement raises ground_truth_score, conflicts are flagged. results include geometry, timestamps and provenance_hash.
fingerprints batch for ~15 minutes into a Merkle root anchored through EAS; inclusion proofs use sibling hashes plus the root. that proves existence by the window, not the exact second.
identifiable frames stay on-device, signed features can be pinned to us-east-1, eu-west-1 or apac-1, cross-region access is rejected, and TLS 1.3 protects transit. provenance is hashed before encryption.
enterprise output is textured GLB, streaming uses SSE, and external sensors can use the API. $VAN collateral, pseudorandom capture assignment and device attestation remain future work.
