Even on new ecosystems like Robinhood Chain, the bot farms move fast.

Caught a coordinated wallet cluster abusing the @ponsdotfamily launch factory to deploy bot-farmed tokens and drain ~$550k from buyers.

Complete wallet trace and transaction receipts detailed in my TG (link in bio). https://x.com/Yonilink/status/2102021714041278817

## @kinggszn (KING) · 09-21 12:58 · ♥118 ↻42 💬37 Build but build well on @RobinhoodCrypto make a difference. I have been thirsty to extend on my thesis;

Before I dive into things just note @vladtenev quoted “The next era of consumer finance is agentic.” There’s nothing out there like @agentwormhole

https://t.co/wsqIlOiyMs

Why am I so bullish? Well it’s just what RH have been looking for, think about it.. Agent Wormhole is the only infrastructure play that sits at the exact intersection of two megatrends accelerating simultaneously: the mass deployment of autonomous AI agents and the tokenization of real financial assets, making it not a speculative bet on future utility but a direct security dependency for billions of dollars already moving on-chain today.

The threat landscape they document is not hypothetical: three separately verified incidents in 2026 alone (Miasma, ChainDrop, Bankr/Grok) confirm that AI agents controlling wallets are being systematically exploited, creating a genuine & urgent demand signal that no competitor currently addresses with the same technical depth.

The $WORM tokenomics are structurally sound, as every scan, verification, and payment guard call generates protocol revenue that flows directly into buybacks & burns, creating a feedback loop where product-market fit mechanically reduces circulating supply, a dynamic almost never seen in crypto security projects.

Their x402 Guard is a genuinely novel primitive: by moving payment intent out of the model's context entirely & onto an immutable HTTP 402 channel, they have built a security guarantee that cannot be socially engineered or prompt-injected, solving the exact failure mode responsible for $175K+ in documented losses.

The free-tier CLI, open-source Apache 2.0 codebase, & native MCP integration position worm as the de-facto standard for agent security before any serious competitor has established a foothold & first-mover advantage in infrastructure tends to be winner-take-most.

As agentic trading matures through platforms like RH’s MCP and Arc's task-bound payment rails, Worm becomes mandatory infrastructure rather than optional hardening, with every new agentic wallet in production representing a new recurring revenue unit at $0.015 per scan.

Alright, this is where the RH connection gets really interesting.

Worm is basically built around one simple problem:

AI agents are getting access to real money, those agents can be manipulated, tricked, or make mistakes & that's exactly where RH is heading.

RH has launched Agentic Trading, allowing users to connect AI agents to RH through MCP. These agents can analyze the market and actually execute trades.

Vlad Tenev has also been very public about this direction. He said:

“Our mission has always been to democratize finance for all, and now, that mission extends to AI agents.”

Even RH acknowledges the risks: AI agents can make mistakes, misinterpret instructions, act on incomplete information, or behave unexpectedly.

That's basically the problem Worm is trying to solve.

So the narrative is pretty simple:

Robinhood → AI agents → real money

Agent Wormhole → security for AI agents → protecting that money

And it goes beyond trading. Worms x402 Guard can verify the recipient, amount, token and chain before an AI agent signs a transaction.

So as AI moves from simply talking to actually moving money and executing financial actions, there is going to be a massive need for security.

The interesting part is that Vlad is already building toward the exact future that Agent Wormhole is designed to secure.

RH is giving AI agents financial power. Worm is building the security layer for that future.

## @LoganJastremski (Logan Jastremski) · 09-21 11:05 · ♥69 ↻3 💬19 Robinhood Chain is in a tough spot

The trenches have obviously been on fire, but looking under the hood, it seems most of the volume is still coming from crypto natives rather than net new participants

The chain would become much more interesting if they could bridge the gap between normies and the trenches, with actual equities trading alongside crypto

The problem is that Robinhood already makes money through payment for order flow agreements with market makers. Moving that flow onchain means competing on execution quality while potentially cannibalizing its existing revenue. I’m skeptical they’ll fully lean into that

The revenue spike also looks unsustainable. REV fell 74% while spot volume fell just 25%, with median fees dropping from $0.18 to $0.06. It reminds me of Ethereum in 2021, when sky-high gas fees inflated revenue without delivering better onchain execution. Users were paying more because the chain was congested

And they’re still using a shared fee market, so congestion in one app can push gas costs higher across every market and application on the chain. That’s a difficult foundation for mass adoption when activity in one corner makes using the entire chain more expensive

Then there’s the latency problem. The sequencer is in Ohio, and transactions are ordered by when they arrive there

If the goal is global finance firms trading from Europe, Asia or the Middle East face a built-in disadvantage versus those running servers nearby. Their orders and quote updates have farther to travel. Faster block times don’t remove that physical distance

That makes me skeptical that companies and jurisdictions outside the US will want to build their local financial markets on it. It's not built for Global capital markets

I agree with Vlad that we’re heading into a tokenization supercycle as more assets move onchain. I just think Robinhood is taking the wrong approach to getting there > 引用 @rasmr_eth: people don't even realize robinhood lost... https://x.com/LoganJastremski/status/2101991108284735706

the continual fading of the top consumer finance app in the world’s chain and the most pve incubator/launchpad we’ve ever seen is music to my ears.
