Meanwhile, AI is almost entirely centralized and black box – with a handful of companies controlling the models, compute, and ultimately the decisions we’re increasingly relying on.
As these companies get bigger and more powerful – and the trust assumptions become harder to ignore – a pushback seems inevitable.
At the very least, we should have more decentralized, onchain alternatives to keep them honest.
