Do I need an account?
No. Make your signature and copy it into your email without signing up — your work is kept in your browser. A free account saves up to 2 so you can edit them from any device.
Can I start from the signature I already have?
Yes, with the Signature plan ($19, once). Copy it from any email you’ve sent and paste it on the template page or into the editor. Your name, title, phone numbers, links and social profiles fill in exactly as written, and anything worth a second look is marked Check. Photos and logos aren’t copied, so add yours in the editor. We don’t store what you paste.
Will it work in Outlook?
Yes. Copy your signature and paste it into Outlook’s signature settings: Settings → Accounts → Signatures in new Outlook and on the web, or File → Options → Mail → Signatures in classic Outlook for Windows.
Can I use a company logo instead of a photo?
Yes. The photo slot is optional and takes any image, so a company mark works as well as a headshot. Leave it empty and the signature closes up around your details.
Which email clients does it work in?
Anywhere you can paste an HTML signature or attach an image one: Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Proton Mail, Thunderbird, and most other clients on desktop and mobile.
Can I edit it later?
Yes. Your signature is kept in the browser you made it in, or in your free account if you save it there. Change a title or phone number, copy it again, and paste the new version into your client.
Do I need a professional headshot?
No. Any clear, front-facing photo works. Upload it, then zoom and drag to frame it. Prefer no photo at all? Leave the slot empty or use your company logo.
