Arc went live on mainnet on September 16, 2026, with USDC as native gas, deterministic sub-second finality, and more than 100 ecosystem and institutional builders on day one.
But a new chain needs more than infrastructure.
It needs products that make people actually use it.
That is where ArcTools comes in.
🧵 Here’s what it is building:
1. ONE TRADING TERMINAL
@ArcToolsBackup brings launchpads and DEX venues into one interface.
ArcToolsPad, ArcPad, RadarDex, Warp, Archemist, Arguspad, Uniswap V3/V4 and others can be accessed from a single terminal, with aggregated routing designed to find better execution across venues.
Instead of traders jumping between multiple platforms, the chain becomes accessible from one place.
2. ARC TOOLSPAD
The launch layer allows projects to launch tokens directly on Arc, with configurable taxes, reward tokens and liquidity mechanics.
$ARCT stakers can also receive a share of ArcToolsPad fees and 5% of launched token supply according to ArcTools' current documentation.
That creates a direct connection between launch activity, platform usage and $ARCT.
3. TOOLS FOR THE ENTIRE TOKEN LIFECYCLE
This is where the broader ArcTools stack becomes interesting.
Deploying, launching, managing liquidity, checking contracts, monitoring holders, tracking PnL and analyzing tokens can all be brought into the same ecosystem.
The goal isn't simply to launch another token.
It's to build infrastructure around the token after launch.
4. ON-CHAIN INTELLIGENCE
ArcTools is also building tools for active traders:
• Top-wallet tracking • Whale flows • Bridge flows • Insider activity • Alerts • Token risk checks • Telegram sniper • Portfolio and PnL tracking
Its Insider system currently tracks profitable Arc wallets using on-chain PnL data, while the sniper can react to launch events and token contracts.
5. ONBOARDING
This may be one of the most important parts.
Arc already removes one major friction point by using USDC for gas.
ArcTools builds on top of that with a single terminal, browser trading wallet, aggregated execution and bridges from Ethereum, Base and Arbitrum.
For a new ecosystem, reducing the number of steps between “I arrived on Arc” and “I made my first trade” matters.
SO HOW MUCH CAN THIS ACTUALLY CONTRIBUTE?
A tool like ArcTools cannot make Arc successful by itself.
But on a very young chain, infrastructure that connects launches, liquidity, trading and on-chain intelligence can have an outsized effect.
It can potentially:
→ increase token-launch activity → bring more trading activity into one interface → reduce fragmentation between venues → make onboarding easier → create more recurring activity around the ecosystem → connect platform usage with $ARCT through its fee and staking mechanics
And the timing matters.
Arc is only days into its public mainnet journey.
Its long-term direction is much bigger than memecoins or DeFi — Circle is positioning Arc around payments, FX, tokenized assets, institutional finance and agentic economic activity.

ArcTools is focusing on one very important layer:
