## @GTrade28 (GTRADE) · 09-30 05:09 · ♥107 ↻18 💬72 there is a quiet moment every nigerian who deals with dollars knows.
the one where you check the rate, then check it again, and wonder how much of your money disappeared before it even arrived.
for a long time i thought that was just how moving money worked.
banks close at night, on weekends and on holidays, and every one of those gaps quietly costs you something.
it took me a while to see that the delay was never about the money.
it was about the systems carrying it, and a market that runs all day and night has no real reason to be stuck behind opening hours.
that is what came back to me looking at what @KiiChainio has been shipping.
kiichain is an onchain fx layer for stablecoins and real world assets, built for markets where finance tends to break first.
the fx trade page is the part you can touch. it takes the mess of currency exchange and puts it in one place, so swapping currencies feels like one simple step instead of many.
underneath it sits onchainfx, powered by what they call the 𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗾𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗾𝗻. the price is agreed off chain, the way big fx trades have always worked, but the trade itself settles on chain.
the quote is signed and locked in before anything moves, the rate, the route, the deadline, all of it.
so the rate you see is the rate you get, and if anything doesn't line up, the trade just doesn't go through.
anyone who has watched a rate change between agreeing and paying knows why that matters.
the same fx layer is also built for agentic payments, where software has to move money across currencies on its own and cannot afford to wait on something that closed hours ago.
what speaks to me most as someone in an emerging market is that this is pointed at real problems.
fx costs, remittances, and how little of the financial world reaches us are things people deal with every week, and the colombia work with banco agrario and financiera juriscoop shows these same rails being trusted by real institutions.
my honest take : it still needs simpler explanations for people new to onchain tools, and i want to see how it holds up in daily use.
but as a direction, i think it deserves way more attention than it gets. that's just my opinion on the product.

## @Mash_kur (Mashkur.AI) · 09-30 04:44 · ♥50 ↻2 💬54 How can you use crypto to invest in US stocks?
I made this quick video to break down how Hisa lets you fund your wallet with USDC or USDT, understand stablecoins, and use them to access US stocks.
Simple process. Global investing. Starting from as little as $1.
Watch the video and see how it works.

## @Ucan_Coin (𝖀𝖈𝖆𝖓) · 09-30 05:50 · ♥63 ↻6 💬23 Weekly spending through Stablecoin Cards hit an all time high last week.
In the week of September 14, total spending reached $189 million.
What caught my attention is not just the new record. It is the fact that stablecoins are becoming more useful in everyday life.
Paying with crypto at a cafe, grocery store, or for everyday purchases is no longer just something we talk about as a future use case. People are actually using it.
The charts shared by Paymentscan make this growth pretty clear too. Monthly volumes have been moving sharply higher.
Why does this matter to me?
Because I do not think crypto adoption should be measured only by how many new users enter the market. Seeing people actually use crypto matters too.
Stablecoins have a different role here. They are not just something people hold while watching the market. They are becoming a way to actually use money in everyday life.
We are now talking about $189 million in weekly spending. If that number keeps growing and stablecoin payments become available in more places, the scale could look very different over time.
That is the part I am watching.
As usage grows, stablecoins can take a bigger role in the crypto economy. Future liquidity entering the market may not come only from people looking to invest. More of it could also come from real economic activity.
That is why I am paying close attention to the growth in stablecoin payments.
I think this could give us a pretty good idea of where a big part of the liquidity for the next bull market could come from. https://x.com/Ucan_Coin/status/2105173381851042048

His new project, Flop Network, aims to create a payments network for AI agents. https://t.co/4novDNmI1T https://x.com/TheBlockCo/status/2105120696024408489
## @AltcoinMillie (Millie) · 09-29 21:49 · ♥42 ↻8 💬4 Simon name-dropped @gunnercooke on today's space. Said they might come on an X space soon. Most people won't know why that's interesting. Here's what I found.
@gunnercooke isn't a random UK law firm. Their crypto team advised on tGBP the first GBP stablecoin from an FCA-registered firm. A partner there built that framework from scratch.
So the client isn't just buying payroll. It's a firm that writes stablecoin regulation for a living.
Now look at their structure. 600+ professionals. 15 offices across the UK, US and Europe. £82m turnover. And every lawyer is a self-employed fee-sharer. Hundreds of contractors. Variable pay. Multiple countries. Every month. That's not a payroll client. That's the perfect payroll client.
And @Zebec_HQ added @MoneyGram fiat off-ramps on Sept 10 exactly what multi-country contractor payouts need. The UK loop nobody's connecting: → Simon is London-based → He presented at the House of Lords → Zebec acquired Gatenox, added HSBC's former head of global transaction monitoring → Now a UK firm that builds FCA-compliant stablecoins That's a regulatory beachhead, not a coincidence.
Being straight with you: Unconfirmed. A name-drop on a space isn't an announcement.
And a 600-person firm's payroll is small next to $500m in annual volume. The value isn't the revenue.
It's that law firms are the most risk-averse buyers alive. One that advises on stablecoin law choosing to use stablecoin payroll is the best reference you can get. And they have thousands of clients to refer. I've been waiting for one thing from ZBCN. A named enterprise client, not another partnership logo.
This might be it. I'll believe it when @gunnercooke says it too. $ZBCN https://x.com/AltcoinMillie/status/2105052306920058902
