米CFTCのセリグ委員長が、
「大規模なトークン化」 「24時間365日の取引」 「ステーブルコイン利用の拡大」
に備える必要があると発言。
ここでいうトークン化とは、 株や債券、商品など、 これまで証券会社や取引所で 扱っていた金融資産を、 ブロックチェーン上で発行・取引 できるようにすることです。
これだけなら、 なんか以前からある話だなぁ、 って感想ですよね
ただ、アメリカはすでに動き始めています。
SECは9月17日、トークン化された 米国株をオンチェーンで取引するための 5年間の条件付き免除制度を発表しました。
対象となる仕組みでは、 主要な米国株と同じ権利を持つ トークン化株式は、 ブロックチェーン上の取引基盤で 売買できるようになります。
つまり、
SECが株式のオンチェーン取引を認め、
今度はCFTCトップが 金融市場全体の「大規模トークン化」に 言及した。
こうなると、暗号資産業界だけの話では なくなってきています。
既存金融そのものが、 少しずつブロックチェーンの上に 移っていく未来はほぼ確実。
この流れが進めば、 米国の株式市場は、 24時間365日動く時代
という時代に突入するかも しれません。
暗号資産が既存金融に近づくというより、
既存金融の方が、 暗号資産市場の仕組みに近づき始めています。
そうなると両者の隔たりは小さくなり 暗号資産市場の流動性は高まる。

- Robinhood's legacy will be in making the market globally accessible 24/7 through tokenized assets
- Nobody even knows that tokenized, leveraged RWA coins exist yet, and there are only a few of them
- Memes inherently attract investors with an appetite for more volatile, exciting price action
- Pairing to Leveraged assets is thus an absolute no-brainer, as it adds even more excitement and volatility
- Receiving reflections in a leveraged asset is far more exciting than spot and contains more upside

I identified a new asymetric opportunity.
$VECTIS is the first ptoken launchpad on Robinhood, built around Arcus ptoken vaults — a product @arcus_xyz shipped just over a few weeks ago.
Arcus is backed by @RobinhoodCrypto and focuses on spot + perpetual trading. Right now Arcus/dYdX have basically zero presence in the Robinhood ecosystem, and Vectis could be the on-ramp that changes that.
