Arc is a great network.
You have USDC at the center of it. You have BlackRock, Visa, Mastercard and some of the biggest names in global finance around the ecosystem.
You have ingredients that most chains could only dream of having.
But there is one thing you cannot manufacture:
Culture.
And this is where I think you really need to understand the more degen side of crypto.
Please don’t create memes yourselves.
Don’t force narratives.
Don’t decide what people are supposed to like.
Listen to the community.
Crypto comes from internet culture. The degen world might look stupid from the outside, but it is one of the strongest engines of attention, liquidity and community this industry has ever created.
Robinhood understood something important.
They had projects like PONS and CASHCAT that became recognizable runners people could rally around.
Arc needs that too.
You do NOT need 500 projects fighting for attention.
You need maybe 4 or 5 genuinely strong community projects that people recognize, talk about and remember.
A main launchpad.
A main index.
A couple of cultural runners.
A project people associate immediately with Arc.
Those are the projects that create stories.
The kind of stories Crypto Twitter repeats for years:
“I found it ridiculously early.”
“I put almost nothing into it.”
“Nobody believed in the chain.”
“Then it became one of the defining projects of the ecosystem.”
Those stories matter more than people outside crypto realize.
When Twitter starts filling with screenshots, crazy early-entry stories, people discovering projects before everyone else and communities fighting over who found the next runner first, that is when a chain starts to feel alive.
But this only works if it happens organically.
You cannot manufacture the legend.
You can only recognize it early and help it grow.
So when the community clearly starts forming around a runner:
Support it.
Interact with it.
Reply to it.
Like the memes.
Give the builders visibility.
Help legitimate projects integrate faster.
Protect the ecosystem from obvious scams.
And focus attention on the handful of projects that are actually building something and creating culture.
If tomorrow some random dog, potato, rabbit or completely ridiculous internet character becomes the thing the Arc community loves, don’t fight it.
Join the joke.
That is crypto.
Robinhood showed that serious financial infrastructure and completely insane internet culture can exist together.
Arc has an even bigger foundation.
You already have the institutions.
You already have the technology.
You already have USDC.
Now you need the stories.
You need the runners.
You need the communities people become emotionally attached to.
And for that to happen, you have to actually study this world.
Study Crypto Twitter.
Study Telegram.
Study how communities form.
Study why some projects become cultural symbols while thousands of technically similar projects disappear.
Study what people bridge for.
Study what they meme about.
Study what they defend.
Study what makes them stay.
Because if you get this part wrong, having incredible technology alone will not be enough.
Crypto has seen plenty of technically impressive chains become ghost towns.
If you get it right, though, Arc has almost everything needed to become one of the major ecosystems in crypto.
Don’t manufacture the culture. Find it, understand it and amplify it.
Focus on 4 or 5 exceptional community projects.
Let them become the legends people associate with Arc.
Let Twitter tell the stories.
Let the community create the mythology.

ETH from the mint goes into a locked, ownerless reserve backing every HyperCar, creating built-in liquidity where you can sell your NFT whenever you want.
The art itself uses real 3D model data stored fully onchain. This has never been done onchain before, but we all know how strong the @unipegv4 team is when it comes to innovation.

quick explainer because Kiosk is new: think uniswap for NFTs. the collection launches as its own pool and the liquidity keys are burned. mint ETH goes into a locked reserve that backs every car. the kiosk always has a bid up, so you can sell any car back the second you want out. no admin keys. nothing can be changed after launch. pricing follows a bonding curve, like a uniswap pool: each car costs a little more than the last.
and to be clear on the art, because "fully onchain" usually means svg: this isn't svg. svg is flat, vectors on a plane. hypercars stores actual 3D model data in the contract, meshes with depth, and the chain renders the car from that data alone. you can orbit these. onchain art has never had a third dimension before. the PS1 look is what real 3D inside EVM limits produces, and we leaned into it.
on trading: the kiosk pays the floor and it's always there. rare cars may be worth more than floor, so list those on opensea or blur. royalties from marketplace sales flow into the reserve anyway, the floor gets stronger wherever you trade.
what you're getting:
- reserve locked, ownerless. nobody can touch it, including us - fair launch, fair distro, enforced by the contract - fully onchain, immutable - buy or sell whenever - every NFT backed by ETH from the first mint
