But the activity already looks like a chain that has been around much longer. 👀
Launched July 1, and the latest snapshot shows:
• ~9.3M daily transactions • ~405K daily active addresses • ~$1.07B stablecoins — ATH • ~$1.8B 24h DEX volume • ~$60B cumulative DEX volume • 750M+ lifetime transactions • ~194 Stock Tokens live
Fees cooled hard after the early-September spike.
Traffic didn’t.
And that’s the part I find interesting.
Robinhood Chain isn’t just another L2 chasing DeFi volume.
A stack is forming around tokenized stocks + DeFi + memes.
Here are 10 projects I’m watching:
@Uniswap — the main public AMM, with liquidity routing through v2/v3/v4.
@ponsdotfamily — native launchpad that rode the memecoin wave and captured a huge share of chain fees.
@morpho — lending infrastructure behind Robinhood Earn / USDG vaults and currently the largest TVL on the chain.
@Lighter_xyz — perps infrastructure connected to Robinhood Wallet. Robinhood Stock Tokens — arguably the core product. NVDA, AAPL, TSLA and others are becoming usable assets inside the onchain economy.
@chainlink — oracle infrastructure supporting stock-token and DeFi pricing.
@arcus_xyz — spot/perps venue connected to the dYdX orbit.
$CASHCAT — the first major breakout meme on the chain and now listed in the Robinhood app.
$AI / Artificial Inu — one of the larger native memes, including trading pairs against tokenized NVDA.
@longdotxyz / $BOW — experimenting with credit and token launches directly around Stock Tokens.

The bigger question isn’t whether Robinhood Chain can generate transactions.
It already can.
The interesting question is whether these three pieces start reinforcing each other:
Stocks bring users. DeFi gives those assets utility. Memes bring speculation and liquidity.
If that flywheel keeps developing, the chain becomes more than a settlement layer for Robinhood products.
It starts looking like an onchain financial ecosystem.
Still early, though.
The sequencer remains centralized, activity has been heavily speculative, and Robinhood Wallet’s gas subsidy is scheduled to end Sept. 29.
Definitely one to watch. 👀

Solana and the whole ecosystem had to come up with Stonk to save the chain.
Robinhood took over everything past month in volume and sol was heading to become like eth where people barely use.
