CEO Robinhood Vlad Tenev khẳng định công ty niêm yết không nên có quyền phủ quyết với sản phẩm token hóa cổ phiếu, miễn là sản phẩm đó không thay đổi quyền cổ đông hay hồ sơ cổ đông chính thức. Ông lập luận Stock Tokens của Robinhood là chứng khoán nợ do Robinhood Assets Jersey Limited phát hành, được bảo đảm 1:1 bằng cổ phiếu gốc, người mua chỉ nhận biến động giá và cổ tức tương ứng, không có quyền biểu quyết và không được ghi tên vào sổ cổ đông.

Phát ngôn này đến sau khi CEO AMC Adam Aron chỉ trích sản phẩm này từ 4/9, gọi đây là một thị trường tổng hợp song song sử dụng tên và giá cổ phiếu AMC mà không cần công ty đồng ý, đồng thời dọa đưa vụ việc lên SEC. Robinhood cho rằng thị trường vốn đã tồn tại nhiều sản phẩm tương tự như quyền chọn hay CFD tham chiếu cổ phiếu công khai mà không cần công ty phát hành phê duyệt từng sản phẩm một.

That’s roughly a +55% rebound from the lows. 👀

And look at what’s happening underneath:

The chart got absolutely nuked.

$25M+ → ~$3M.

A lot of people called it dead.

But dead coins usually don’t bounce ~50% from the bottom while still pulling millions in volume.
