But the real premise is the technology behind Bitcoin: Blockchain.
The question isn’t whether Bitcoin will reach $1 million.
The question is: What happens when AI becomes good enough to find and exploit vulnerabilities in blockchain?
We’re already seeing AI expose weaknesses in software and security systems, including incidents involving Hugging Face and Gemini.
Could AI make attacks on blockchain networks more feasible, including attacks that threaten the security of those 21 million BTC or consensus mechanisms such as a 51% attack?
That may be the real test of blockchain and Bitcoin regardless of where the price is at that time.
Blockchain will become one of the technologies AI has to prove itself against.
