Tether’s $USAT is proposed as the first borrowable asset, potentially giving the stablecoin a new role in decentralized institutional lending.
The deployment would build on Aave V4’s Hub-and-Spoke architecture, keeping RWA collateral isolated from the core liquidity market while giving institutions access to on-chain credit.
