## @BlaqOnyemauche (DeFi Gateway 🥷) · 09-26 04:59 · ♥53 ↻1 💬46 AI agents are getting better at doing things for us, but once money, permissions and real transactions enter the picture, one question becomes hard to ignore:

Who are they actually acting for?

An agent might be able to make a payment, access a service, authorize a transaction or interact with another system, but the person on the other side still needs to know who approved that action and who is behind the agent.

That is where @Concordium comes in.

Instead of leaving every app to build its own identity system, Concordium already has identity built into the network.

For AI agents, that can be useful.

An agent can keep operating on networks like Ethereum or Solana while still being linked back to a verified human or business through Concordium.

So the agent does not have to leave the chain it already uses just to prove who stands behind it.

And proving that does not mean exposing someone’s private information.

If an agent only needs to show that the person behind it meets a certain requirement, there is no reason to reveal a full passport or other personal details.

Concordium uses privacy-preserving identity and zero-knowledge proofs to verify what is needed without exposing everything else.

That starts to matter more as AI agents move beyond answering questions and begin handling payments and other tasks for people and businesses.

At that point, being smart is only one part of the job.

People also need to know who gave the agent permission to act and who stands behind it.

$CCD also has a role here. It is used to pay transaction fees on Concordium and is also used in staking.

Sponsored transactions can allow another party to cover the network fee, so the person initiating an action does not always need to hold CCD themselves.

What I find interesting is that Concordium was already building around identity long before AI agents became such a big topic.

Identity has been part of the protocol from the beginning.

Now that software is starting to act on behalf of people and businesses, that foundation has another clear use.

The question is not only what AI agents can do.

It is whether people can verify who is behind those actions without giving away more personal information than necessary.

That is the problem Concordium is working to address.

## @Tanaka_L2 (Tanaka) · 09-26 05:43 · ♥55 ↻3 💬14 Tokenized Gold seems to be heating up again.

@Uniswap is now positioning itself as the #1 onchain venue for tokenized gold trading, while new products are moving beyond simply putting physical gold onchain.

Looking at the current data, this sector is already much bigger than I expected:

– Tokenized Gold MC: ~$5.05B – 24H volume: ~$547M – ethereum:0x68749665ff8d2d112fa859aa293f07a622782f38 + $PAXG control roughly 90% of the market – Q1 2026 spot volume reached $90.7B, already above the $84.6B recorded in all of 2025 – New products are moving from simple gold exposure into yield, collateral and cross-chain liquidity

IMO, this is where the opportunity gets more interesting.

Gold is already a massive TradFi asset. Bringing it onchain makes it 24/7, transferable and usable across DeFi.

The trend is shifting from Gold → Tokenized Gold to Gold → Liquidity → Collateral → Lending → Yield

Top 10 Tokenized Gold assets I’m watching rn: [1] ethereum:0x68749665ff8d2d112fa859aa293f07a622782f38 | @Tether_to | ~$2.66B MC [2] $PAXG | @Paxos | ~$1.86B MC [3] solana:6GXbP3v5iqfoVJimeJpSccf9q7yJxHd9kfcKvMncpump | @KinesisMonetary | ~$328M MC [4] solana:AymATz4TCL9sWNEEV9Kvyz45CHVhDZ6kUgjTJPzLpU9P | @Tether_to | ~$113M MC [5] ethereum:0x7e2ac793f3e692f388e66c7dc28f739d13b0b71a | Goldfish Gold | ~$86M MC [6] $PGOLD | @pleasingmarket | ~$84M MC [7] ethereum:0x2103e845c5e135493bb6c2a4f0b8651956ea8682 | @matrixdock | ~$70M MC [8] $GLDY | @Streamex | ~$13M MC [9] $VNXAU | @VNX_Platform | ~$6M MC [10] $CGO | @ComTechOfficial | ~$3M MC

Tokenized Gold is still small vs the traditional gold market, but the onchain use cases are expanding fast.

I think this RWA sector is worth keeping on the radar. > 引用 @Tanaka_L2: Tokenized assets were the only major crypto sector that grew over the past year.

While DeFi, AI, infra, DePIN and memecoins all lost market cap, tokenized assets increased 267%, from $2B to $7.5B.

I think the key point is that this growth came from issuance iykyk.

Gold built the initial base, its price increased nearly 20%, while tokenized gold holdings roughly doubled from 524K to more than 1M ounces.

But equities created the biggest structural shift.

A year ago, precious metals represented almost the entire openly traded tokenized asset market. By June 2026, that share had fallen to 68%.

Tokenized stocks and ETFs went from almost zero to 23% of the sector.

By token count, the market is already concentrated:

– @bitget | rStocks: 568 tokens, 37%

– @Ondo: 406 tokens, 27%

– @xStocksFi: 183 tokens, 12%

– @RobinhoodApp: 94 tokens, 6%

– @DinariGlobal: 82 tokens, 5%

rStocks and Ondo alone account for nearly two-thirds of all tokenized stocks.

What surprised me most is how quickly exchanges are entering this market.

– @binance launched bStocks in June and reached 46 tokens.

– @Gate followed with gStocks in July and reached 63.

Of course, token count alone does not tell me which issuer will win. I care more about liquidity, asset backing, redemption, regulation and distribution.

But it does show where platforms expect demand to move.

My soft prediction is that tokenized stocks will take a larger share of the RWA market through the rest of 2026, while the gap between issuers becomes wider.

Platforms with exchange distribution and deep liquidity should grow faster than issuers that only offer a large catalog.

I am not trying to gain exposure to every RWA-related token.

I am focusing on the issuers and infra with real distribution, reliable backing and growing secondary-market liquidity.

The sector was also the most-listed category on CEXs in H1 2026.

What started mainly with gold is now expanding into stocks, ETFs and other financial assets.

For me, the next signal is whether users continue trading and holding them after the launch incentives disappear. https://x.com/Tanaka_L2/status/2103722059364725084
