500K+ registered users ~80K daily actives 20M+ hours tracked 76% of users improving bedtime consistency in the first 10 days
The product still runs on the game layer: Dino, heroes, story, decorations.
On top of that sits an AI Sleep Coach, reading sleep, recovery and wearable data and turning it into advice.
That is the part that changed this month.
Gotchi Labs is expanding beyond sleep into Shopping & Commerce, Fitness & Exercise, Productivity, and later Personal Finance.
$SLEEP is becoming $CHI, planned as the shared access and rewards layer across every vertical, on Solana.

ok they were funny for a while (i posted a few myself), but the narrative is clearly shifting

and those were both in the last 3 months
sure, there's red tape and some anti-tech sentiment in parts of european society
but in my experience that just makes the people who are actually building bond even harder
and i can feel it on the ground in Berlin
i went to Superteam Germany's last event and it was one of my favorite founder event i've been to here.
their Circuit location is worth it alone too (it has recently rebranded to that name from w3 hub)
i loved it so much i even hosted my own marketing event here as part of their last hackathon
now they're running a 2-day product bootcamp on Oct 1-2.
you bring an idea, figure out who it's for and if the problem is real, get feedback from experienced founders
great fit for solo founders, devs, hackathon teams or anyone sitting on an idea
it's also built as prep for Colosseum's Crypto World's Fair with the following prizes:
