They didn’t launch a token and then promise tools later.
They started shipping actual products on June 28: buy alerts, Telegram moderation, and a launchpad.
The token came after.
The tools are already being used by communities.
That alone puts them in a different category from most projects.

Here @originalalms begins. Deep in the Greenwood, players enter a 5×5 board where every move matters.
You place your stake on a glade, then the Sheriff arrives. One row. One column. Nine cells seized.
The remaining 16 cells share what was taken, with payouts weighted by the size of each surviving stake. But here’s the twist.
Even if you lose, part of the game fees is designed to go back to players on the weekly loser leaderboard.
That’s where The Alms gets interesting.
It isn’t another NFT project asking you to mint first and figure out the product later.
The Greenwood is already playable, with the NFT mint coming afterward.
There are also optional arrows that let players peek at cells, reveal information or make a last-second move.

勝負は公開前に終わっていたです。 ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿
CircleのL1「Arc」が9月16日に公開メインネットを迎えました。
ガスはUSDC、決済は1秒未満。 バリデータにはBlackRockやVisaなどが並び、公式が掲げるのは「ドル専用の決済OS」です。 名前だけ見ればかなり強い。
ただ、実際に触ってみると、発表の大きさほど市場は熱くありませんでした。

面白かったのは、公開後ではなく公開前です。
公開前のArcは機関向けに閉じられていて、一般ユーザーが簡単にUSDCを持ち込める環境ではありませんでした。
そのためArc内のUSDCにはOTCでプレミアムが付き、非公式ブリッジで高い手数料を払ってまで、1ドル分のUSDCを1ドル以上で買って入る人がいました。
普通に考えれば、かなり不利な条件です。
それでも入った人たちは、そのUSDCで公開前からTOLLY、ARGUS、Memeなどのトークンを買っていました。
そして9月16日
公式に橋が開き、外部からUSDCが流れ込むようになると、それまで安い価格で玉を集めていた側が売れる環境になりました。
後から入ってきた人たちの盛り上がりとは別に、公開前からポジションを作っていた人たちが先に利益を取った形です。
$500投資した $ARGUS が$1,000,000になったと言う投稿も目にしました。
Arcの初動で一番大きかったのは、ここだと思っています。

一方で、公開後のArcがRobinhood Chainのような相場になったかというと、今のところ全く違います。
初日のDEX出来高は8,000万〜3億ドル程度。
ローンチパッド系トークンも、一時2,000万〜3,500万ドル付近まで伸びたものはありましたが、一巡すると勢いはかなり落ちました。
偽CAやラグも早い段階から出ています。
Robinhood Chain初期のように、ミームへ次々と資金が入り、億ドル単位の時価総額を狙う空気にはまだなっていません。

理由もある程度見えています。
まず、ARCの一般向けTGEがまだありません。
ガスがUSDCなのは非常に使いやすいですが
「ARCを取りに行く」 「ARCを使う」
という投機の中心がまだ存在しません。
さらにバリデータは機関中心。
Arc自体が最初から金融・決済インフラ寄りに作られているため、チェーン全体がカジノ化する構造でもありません。
Uniswap、Aaveもあり最低限のインフラは揃っています
ただ現状では、わざわざ手数料を払ってまでArc上で資金を動かし続ける理由がまだ弱いです。

今回のArcをかなり簡単に言うと
「公開日に入った人が勝った相場」ではなく
「公開前に無理して入った人が、公開後に売れた相場」
だったと思っています。
プレミアムを払ってUSDCを入れ、流動性がほとんどない段階でトークンを買う。
当然かなりリスクは高いです。
その代わり、公開後に一般資金が入ってきた時には、すでに安い玉を持っていました。
