But the real story is underneath:
Fees plunged from roughly $8M to $230K per day, while the network still processed 8.9M transactions and around $1.5B in daily value.
The memecoin frenzy cooled, but users didn’t disappear—the chain simply became dramatically cheaper.
Revenue spikes grab attention. Retained activity after the hype fades is what really matters.
Now Robinhood must prove it can turn that activity into a sustainable ecosystem.
This is one to watch closely.
