## @Iam__Attracta (FAB__AMY) · 09-24 07:42 · ♥71 ↻31 💬48 most BTC holders are used to one simple routine: buy bitcoin, put it in a wallet, and leave it there.

but what if you want to keep your BTC exposure and still explore what DeFi can actually do with it?

that’s where strkBTC comes in.

you can move BTC from your own wallet into @Starknet as strkBTC, without first sending it to a centralised exchange or swapping out of your Bitcoin exposure.

once it’s on Starknet, it doesn’t just sit there.

strkBTC can be used across supported DeFi apps and routes, with privacy features such as shielded balances and private flows available where supported.

so the idea isn’t really do something new with bitcoin.

it’s more like giving the BTC you’re already holding another place to be useful. https://x.com/Iam__Attracta/status/2103027253642727463

## @Bas_Basterx (Baster) · 09-24 09:27 · ♥76 ↻0 💬86 DeFi automation has a hidden dependency.

keepers and external bots.

A simple action like liquidation, rebalancing, stop-loss, or DCA often needs an outside system to watch the blockchain, detect a condition, then send a transaction.

It works, but it also creates another layer to maintain.

@RialoHQ takes a different approach with reactive transactions.

Instead of.

condition happens → bot detects it → keeper sends transaction

the idea is closer to.

condition happens → protocol triggers execution

That could make automated DeFi logic simpler and reduce external infrastructure around the application.

But there is an important question here.

removing the keeper does not remove the automation problem.

It changes where the problem lives.

For this model to be reliable, I would want to see how Rialo proves two things:

Liveness.

Will the trigger execute when the condition is met, even during network stress or unexpected failures?

Trigger security.

Can the system prevent false, duplicated, delayed, or incorrectly evaluated executions?

This matters because automation is not just about making execution possible.

It is about making execution happen at the right time, for the right reason, exactly once.

That is the part of Rialo I find interesting to watch.

The real test is whether native automation can be both simpler for developers and trustworthy enough for real money. https://x.com/Bas_Basterx/status/2103053782175338982

## @DamiDefi (Dami-Defi) · 09-24 11:41 · ♥120 ↻9 💬11 Greg Isenberg just dropped a 69-minute masterclass with Nicolas Cole on why AI didn't kill good writing.

it killed generic writing.

Cole explains how to use AI without sounding like everyone else :

• 00:00 - Why generic writing is now worthless • 15:20 - Build a library of your approved language • 23:00 - Pick a side instead of repeating the consensus • 36:40 - Build the personal dataset AI can't invent • 52:00 - Let AI remix your thinking, not replace it

the biggest insight:

**AI has access to language. you have access to lived experience.**

your stories, mistakes, opinions, and patterns become the data that makes your AI outputs uniquely yours.

stop asking AI to invent your voice.

give it enough of your thinking to reproduce it at scale.

## @Defi_Rocketeer (Defi Rocketeer) · 09-24 10:07 · ♥80 ↻7 💬40 Wall Street closes. RWA perps don’t

in Q3 2026, RWA perp DEX volume reached $365B, up 32% QoQ.

Public equities accounted for around $175B in volume, nearly 48% of the entire market.

another notable signal:

>> RWA now makes up around 24% of total perp OI, up from ~6% at the start of the year.

>> More than 1,000 RWA markets have appeared across onchain perp venues.

>> Around 75% of listings are public equities.

i think the use case is pretty easy to understand.

TradFi has market hours. Crypto rails run 24/7.

Stocks, indices, commodities, or FX can now be longed or shorted onchain without waiting for traditional markets to open.

During the September Fed event, 16 equity-linked perps even generated around $1.02B in volume while the U.S. cash market was closed.

When the market pulls back, these are the tokens I’m watching:

- $HYPE / @HyperliquidX → HIP-3 / RWA perp ecosystem.

- aster-2:native / @Aster_DEX → stocks + commodities perps.

- $VAR / @variational_io → 500+ markets, RWA-heavy derivatives play.

- ethereum:0xfaba6f8e4a5e8ab82f62fe7c39859fa577269be3 / @OndoPerps tokenized stocks + equity perps + RWA collateral.

- $LIT / @Lighter_xyz → existing perp distribution expanding into TradFi markets.

Perp DEXs are expanding from crypto trading into global markets.

if this trend continues, RWA perps could become one of DeFi’s next major growth areas.

## @Defi_Warhol (DeFi Warhol) · 09-24 10:35 · ♥70 ↻10 💬28 The purchase was worth roughly $74–75 million.

@BitMNR has now bought ETH every single week since launching its treasury strategy in June 2025. It owns around 4.9% of the entire supply and is 98% of the way to its 5% target.

Around 85% of its ETH is staked, so this isn't just betting on price.

The company expects the position to generate hundreds of millions in annual staking rewards.

BitMine is basically becoming a major part of Ethereum's staking economy at this point. > 引用 @Cointelegraph: 🔥 NEW: BitMine bought 27,562 $ETH last week, bringing its total holdings to 5.98 million ETH. https://t.co/tdOsccabeN https://x.com/Defi_Warhol/status/2103070691067355361

## @dhiruweb3 (Dhirendra) · 09-24 09:03 · ♥73 ↻0 💬36 Bitcoin DeFi feels a lot more interesting when you can actually put native BTC to work.

I tried @ZestProtocol and went through the borrowing flow using Xverse.

The part that caught my attention was how simple the setup was.

I connected my Xverse and Ethereum wallets, opened a Bitcoin Collateral Vault, deposited BTC and activated it.

What I liked about the approach:

> BTC stays on Bitcoin L1 > Self-custodial vault > Borrow USDC on Ethereum

The flow was pretty straightforward, even on the first try.

What I found most interesting is that the BTC doesn’t need to be wrapped or bridged to another chain.

I’m still exploring the borrowing side but making native BTC more productive without moving it is interesting. > 引用 @ZestProtocol: Bitcoin Collateral Vaults demo is now on mainnet.

Deposit native BTC into a self-custodial vault on Bitcoin L1. Borrow Ethereum USDC against it. The capital layer for Bitcoin. https://t.co/fVhDsXQcVR https://x.com/dhiruweb3/status/2103047775244218471

## @0xBispo (Defi Priest) · 09-24 11:52 · ♥81 ↻10 💬5 Why play $PLONK alone when you can drag your frens into it?

The team has added raids where 2–5 players can take on 25 waves, with 5 bosses.

There are also different siege roles and shared loot.

This is very likely gonna grow into a really big game in the #Solana ecosystem.
