The government can just increase their currency supply and they have done throughout history.
On decentralized systems like XRP, Bitcoin, ETH it's social consensus. Every XRPL node operator enforces the rules of the XRP protocol including total supply.

Vielleicht liegt er darin, dass sie einfach nicht weit genug fallen.
In vergangenen Bärenmärkten bestand der Schmerz darin, dass Anleger immer wieder zu früh gekauft haben und die Kurse trotzdem weiter gefallen sind.
Dieses Mal könnte es genau andersherum sein:
Immer mehr Anleger warten an der Seitenlinie auf 50.000, 40.000 oder noch tiefere Bitcoin-Kurse und müssen dabei zusehen, wie ihre gewünschten Einstiegsziele möglicherweise nie erreicht werden.
